zaytooni grows around the women who care for these trees, the knowledge they carry, the work they put in and the seasons they’ve spent with the land. by bringing their olive oil to more tables, we want every harvest to carry more value back to the women behind it, creating more room for their knowledge to grow, for better tools and thoughtful practices, and for the trees and land to keep giving, season after season.

zaytooni was born from a simple feeling: wanting to keep home close, even when we’re far from it. the familiar taste of olive oil, the food we grew up with, the little things that take us back. by bringing these stories and flavours to more tables, we hope to carry a little piece of home wherever life takes us. because sometimes, home is something you can taste.
